“Work Smart… Get it Done” Contest Hopes to Inspire Homeowners to Complete Unfinished Projects around the House

To provide extra incentive to complete projects, Black & Decker is launching the “Work Smart…And Get-it-Done” Contest to find people with do-it-yourself projects in and outside their homes that never seem to get completed and to show the interesting circumstances some people are living in.
